Modern 4BR Villa w/ Pool + Outdoor amenities + WFH

** BED BUGS & BLOOD ON BEDS ** If I could give 0 starts I would. Not only for the unsanitary environment! But the terrible customer service from the owners & Vrbo support! This place is 100% FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The room had a huge BED BUG and two separate BLOOD STAINS when we pulled back the sheets. I have pictures of it all! STAINES ALL OVER the sofa so bad they had a couch cover trying to cover it up! STAINS all over every carpet in every room! MOLDED baseboards in the master bathroom due to a shower that leaks the entire time you shower! Glass doors in kitchen badly cracked. NOBODY ENDED UP SLEEPING HERE! My guests left after the bed bugs were exposed. But only after telling me how the place looked like a party house due to all the stains and scratches and cracks on EVERYTHING. I tried to speak to the owners and to Vrbo and showed them pictures of every. Weeks later Still no resolution. Very disappointed after thousands of dollars for 3 nights. House is unsanitary health hazard!

The house is overall beautiful the pictures does it no justice pure amazing. From checking in to checking out the host was incredible. I would definitely book again and recommend others to do the same. VERY quite neighborhood house is nearby a long list of stores omg I can go on and on this was the best stay ever.
