Lux 1B condo with XL Balcony, Pool, Gym & Games

Negative: Please don't come here with a car. You have to navigate very narrow turn ramps going up 12 floors to your parking spot. Terrible check in, bad communication, very slow responses and host not available on Whatsapp. Nothing was prepared upon arrival and we couldn't reach anyone quickly, we had to circle miami in a car and come back like 4 times before we were finally let inside after 1 hour. Apartment was ok but the kitchen is quite worn, also the inability to lock the doors properly was quite unsettling - you only get a key from a second lock. The building is very busy and the people working in lobby are not very welcoming. Mistakes happen but this host just didn't want to make things right. We have received much better customer service from much cheaper accommodations.never going back

Spacious/great amenities/great location Positive: The place is quite big, very clean, just a short walk to all of the best restaurants and the shopping mall. The pool is clean and heated. There is parking and valley in the building. Great place to stay
